Wade Randolph is president of Randolph Unlimited, Inc., a professional training company specializing in performance optimization techniques that inspire ingenuity, innovation, and motivation to maximize opportunities in the workplace.

Wade is an international speaker and consultant who connects on a personal basis with his audiences, which usually consist of business and professional groups. Among his past clients are Credit Counselors of Virginia, Coldwell Banker, For A Child’s of Heart Valley California, Fraser Net, GTE, Herald Bradnack Productions of London, England, John Randolph Hospital, McGuire Veterans’ Hospital, Richmond, Department of Public Utilities, Sun Trust Bank, United Way, Verizon, Virginia Department of Corrections, Virginia Department of Engineering, and Virginia Society of CPAs (Certified Public Accountants).

Success didn't come overnight for Wade. He was raised in the crime- and violence-ridden housing projects of Richmond, Virginia surrounded by the influence of drugs, gangs, and criminals. Most of the area's residents had a dismal vision of themselves, their lives, and life in general. Wade escaped this lifestyle through the love and support of his mother and the mentorship of local business owner Sam Plush, who guided him through tough times.

Wade pursued his personal dreams through education, determination, and tenacity. He developed a greater vision for his life and a mindset for success that would take him from the housing projects of Richmond, Virginia to a world stage.

Since 1986, Wade has had a highly successful career in residential real estate. He has managed multiple real estate firms within the Greater Richmond area of Virginia and is a designated Associate Broker. Throughout his career he has been recognized by the Richmond Association of Realtors for outstanding service to homebuyers and sellers. His awards include the Distinguished Achievers from the Richmond Association of Realtors® and the Top Producers Award for the past fifteen years.

Speaking on topics ranging from leadership and sales to teamwork and motivation, Wade is a graduate of the Speaker Hall of Fame, Les Brown’s Platinum Speakers Academy, and Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University. He is a board certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified World Class Speaking Coach.

Wade is the creator of the CD programs, How To Make This Your Greatest Year Yet, Say “No” To The Recession, Bring Out The Best In You, and co-creator of Your Path To Empowerment. In the upcoming months Wade will release his new book, Staying Strong Through The Storms.
